Frankenmuth has been one of the most beloved destinations in MI Great Lakes Bay. The little Bavarian has won numerous honors, such as Top ranked family getaway, Top 10 driving destination, and the Bavarian Inn Lodge is just selected as Top family resort in Michigan by TripAdvisor!
TripAdvisor, which rates destinations based on user experience, lists the Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth the highest ranked family resort in Michigan. The acclaimed travel site also names the Lodge the "most reviewed/talked about" hotel in the state!
You may have heard of, or even have been to Bavarian Inn Lodge with your family, but you must have to check its new renovated indoor Family Fun Center on your next visit. The Bavarian Inn Lodge adds 2 new slides and revamps its 18-hole miniature golf at its Family Fun Center. The two slides are an individual body slide and a multi-person tube slide that end in a new pool. The two slides measure 506-feet laid end to end, and the slides and tower were constructed on a 16-foot high hill with a 30-degree slope.
The Family Fun Center is the largest indoor complex in the resort hotel in Michigan. And what makes the Family Fun Center stands out among other typical water parks is that you can enjoy the “wet play” and the “dry play” just in one place. You and your kids can enjoy more than more than 100 video and redemption games and miniature golf while having fun at its new slides and 4 pools. There is plenty of sitting areas and sofas (and TVs!) at the Family Fun Center, so you can watch TV, and your children can play in the pool right there! In addition, the mural at the Family Fun Center incorporates German stories and Willy the Dragon, the mascot of the Bavarian Inn, makes the atmosphere more whimsical and fun.
