What’s on Stage in MI Great Lakes Bay

If you are a fan of haunted house or haunted TV shows, get ready for the premier of A Haunting on Potter Street at Saginaw’s Temple Theatre this weekend. The film crew of the movie is the first one who has been granted permission to enter the massive and mysterious Potter Street Station of Saginaw, Michigan, and now it is time to watch the haunting evidence unfold!

Meanwhile, your kids’s favorite characters from the Disney’s Phineas and Freb escape from TV screen and are coming to Saginaw this Saturday for a live tour. It would be your kids’ dream come true to watch their favorite characters on stage and spend a whole afternoon seeing them dance and sing!

Good news for musical lovers again: the Tony Award winning Broadway musical, Fiddler on the Roof, will be on stage on November 15…right in Saginaw. Tickets go quickly, so get your tickets now to choose the best seats! :]



A Haunting on Potter Street



Date: Nov. 2-3 (8:00 p.m.), Nov. 4 (7:00 p.m.)
Location: Temple Theatre (203 N. Washington Ave., Saginaw

Do you believe there is a woman in white at the Potter Street Station in Saginaw? Well, see it to believe it!  It is your chance to watch the evidence disclose as investigators document their journey through 30,000 square feet of suspense. Locked in over night, the investigators have ‘til dawn to seek proof of the station’s notorious hauntings, specifically the reported “woman in white.”

For those who are unfamiliar with the Potter Street Station, it was designed and built in 1881 by New York architect Bradford Lee Gilbert and, as of November 26, 1996, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The movie will be shown at 8:00 pm on Nov. 2-3, and 7:00 pm on Nov. 4. Tickets are $17 and include entry to the Red Carpet Premiere, a free copy of the film (DVD), a meet and greet/autograph signing with the Seekers Paranormal Investigation Team including Brian Harnois from the hit television series Ghost Hunter and national recording artist Prozak.

Broadway in Saginaw "Fiddler on the Roof"

If you are a fan of Broadway musicals, then you must have been heard of (even have watched) Fiddler on the Roof, a story describes Tevye, the father of five daughters, and his attempts to maintain his family and Jewish religious traditions while outside influences invade their lives. The musical held the record for the longest-running Broadway musical for almost 10 years, and it is still Broadway's fifteenth longest-running show in history.

The Fiddler on the Roof was nominated for ten Tony Awards, winning nine, including Best Musical, score, book, direction and choreography. Now it is your chance to see (or review) the best hit ever in Michigan’s Great Lakes Bay Region…at the Dow Event Center!
