that means a lineup of great festivals for the month of September! This
weekend, you can have an “exotic” afternoon if you are in Saginaw’s Japan Festival. You can also celebrate the early fall with hundreds of
visitors at the RE/MAX Midland Balloon Festival, or, join the move
while enjoying great music at the City Fest in Downtown Bay City.
