Meanwhile, the Whistling Idiots Comedy Dinner Theatre in Bay City is going to start its second season with a production of Jeff Daniel’s Yooper tale “Escanaba in Da Moonlight” this week, and the former Saturday Night Live comedian, Jim Breuer, is coming to Saginaw's Temple Theatre on September 27.
