Fun things to do in MI Great Lakes Bay this weekend

If your kids (or even you) are huge fans of Lego, bring them to the Mid-Michigan Children's Museum (MMCM) this Saturday to let their creativity go wild! Or, you can also bring them to the State Theatre of BayCity to see the movie, Polar Express. Admission to the movie is either a non-perishable food item or a new unwrapped toy to benefit local charities.

Meanwhile, the State Theatre of Bay City is bringing its annual vaudeville show back on stage this Saturday. The show including magic show, comedy, dance performance, quartet, and more, is family friendly and for all ages.

Kid’s Event in MI Great Lakes Bay

Want to fly in the sky?  If that’s one of your kids’ wishes, their dream can come true this Saturday in Midland! The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) offers free airplane rides to children and teens age 8-17.  You can also bring your kids to have a full day fun at the Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum (MMCM) this Saturday. Those cute animals from Children’s Zoo are coming to MMCM on Saturday, and it is a great opportunity to have your kids play with them. In addition, Olive the Playful Pig is going to visit the MMCM again on the same day afternoon!

Events for Family & Kids This Weekend

Are you looking for some fun things to do with your kids this weekend? The Farm Frenzy Weekend at Splash Village is going to bring the farm fun back to Frankenmuth this weekend.  In the meantime, the River of Time is going to sweep Bay City into the past through live reenactments this weekend. The event attracted 30,000 visitors last year, and it is a great opportunity to learn more about the history while having lots of fun at the event. You can also bring your kids to join the Safety Day: Kid-Friendly Safety Tips hosted by the Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum.
